:I am not sure the seller had the resources required for the job requested. I requested research on apartment complexes in a USA city with specific criteria. The seller did ultimately provide a list of possible names, but the criteria were not fully met. Two of the criteria were filled with "contact for further details" leaving the work back to me.
:This is unfair I have explained to you that most of agencies does not leave complete information, I delivered your job early so I will have enough time to revise it. You didn't ask for revision neither did you communicate your disaffection. Or you want me to contact the agencies for you from a $5 job which is out of the criteria when you have indicated from our conversation that you will contact them. This is not fair.
